Introducing Network Licensing for Image-Pro®

Media Cybernetics delivers Network Server Licenses for Image-Pro

ROCKVILLE, MD, Media Cybernetics is announcing the release of Network Server Licenses available for the Image-Pro image analysis software platform.

Maintaining software licenses for an organization can be a tedious and time-consuming task. Each instance of the software adds a level of complexity that needs to be managed by a member of the IT team. In addition, licenses can accidentally walk off, or get lost. Additionally, the more instances (seats) of software an organization is supporting will increase the level of frustration.

The Network Server License for Image-Pro can remove the complexity by combining all the licenses into a single location and managed through your internal network.

The Network Server License allows multiple instances (or seats) of Image-Pro to be independently configured and managed through a license server hosted on an internal network.

Although connected and managed through a central server, each seat in the Image-Pro Network is independent of the other seats. Therefore, each seat can be uniquely configured for that individual user with the addition of modules, APPS, or customization of the interface.

The Image-Pro Network Server License will allow users to have the same flexibility and robust functionality that customers expect from Image-Pro, but with a fraction of the support and maintenance needed with comparable multi-instance installations”, stated Jeff Knipe, Senior Applications Manager at Media Cybernetics.
