Onboarding includes a single session to complete software installation, configuration, and basic usage orientation. Services are provided by Media Cybernetics professional support staff by remote meeting to help ensure your business can confidently navigate and leverage the software's features, driving efficiency and immediate value.

Technical Support includes professional and timely assistance to troubleshoot issues, help with proper software configuration, set up 3rd party hardware (i.e. cameras), and answer usage questions to help you get the most out of your investment.

While under coverage, all new version upgrades will be provided at no additional cost within the existing product configuration. The New Protocol Pass grants continuous access to the latest image analysis protocols for your Image-Pro software and licensed Protocol Collections during the term of your plan. Pass holders receive new protocols as they are developed, enhancing software capabilities with cutting-edge tools and techniques.

    New AI Model Pass

The New AI Model Pass provides continuous access to new pre-trained AI models for your Image-Pro software and licensed AI Model Extensions during the term of your plan. Pass holders stay updated with the latest AI model advancements, maximizing the potential of your software's functionality.

    Uptime Guarantee

The Uptime Guarantee provides a minimum of three 30-day Flex licenses of Image-Pro v11.0 and newer. Additional Flex licenses are available upon request. All Flex licenses will expire at the end of their term, regardless of usage. These licenses can be used when permanent licenses are unavailable due to computer maintenance or to accommodate fluctuating software license needs throughout the year.

   License Server Support

A Technical Support Single Incident (for License Server issues) gives access to the Media Cybernetics professional support staff to tackle a single issue related to the License Server from start to finish. The issue can include troubleshooting a License Server problem, helping with proper License Server configuration, working with IT to re-deploy a server, or simply answering a usage question.

    Software Training Hours

Up to 2 hours of online training delivered by specialists who know your software the best. This training offers an overview of the Image-Pro product with a tailored agenda to address your specific needs.

    Application Service Hours

Up to 2 hours of expert guidance on deploying Image-Pro software. Advice aims to provide best practices, custom solutions as needed, and process optimizations to streamline your workflow and maximize your investment in Image-Pro. Does not include software development or macro writing.

*Hours can be used for AI Model Training-as-a-Service.

    AI Model Training-as-a-Service (option)

Expert training of AI Deep Learning CNN models for microscopic image analysis, including consultation, image annotation, and model training. The service ensures high-quality results, saving time and resources, and includes a detailed report and marked-up images.

How long is the plan?

Success Plans provide coverage for 1 year. A maximum of 3 years can be purchased at one time at a discount.

How many licenses are covered by a plan?

Plans must cover all active licenses owned by the admin — regardless of version.
